Are Cynthia's books available at the library?Victoria B.C. libraries have Cynthia’s books and they are available in many other libraries. If you do a search and the books do not appear, you can request the books via your library’s website, using the ‘suggest a title’ online form. It helps to include the ISBN and a reason why you think the library should acquire the title.
